Åsunden runt 2022 - Rör dig för livet.
The fight against Cancer continues despite .......................... You can cycle, run or walk throughout the week when it suits YOU. From Sunday 28 August to Sunday 4th September
There will also be a joint start at 10:00 a.m. on Aug. 28 for those who want to do the event together.
Come in good time so we can meet everyone before the start.
Parking We recommend parking at the harbor and Åsunda Sjöstad. Parking is also available at Marknadsplatsen.
Changing room
Options for changing and showering are not available so come changed
Course
For those of you who cycle, there are also signs with a bike on it and Åsunden Runt. Maps of the courses can be found on the website.
The three regular courses are marked during the week - all with start and finish at Sturebadet.
3 km - Around the Boat Club's cabin and back.
13.5 km - The embankment to Åsunden station in Marbäck and again via the old Marbäcksvägen to Skottek and then the embankment.
42 km - Åsunden runt. Vegby-Hulu-Tvärredslund- Rude-Gärdsbo Kvarn- Brunn- Sturebadet (only cycling do not run or walk on 28/8)

Use this opportunity to remember people who have passed away from cancer, or to support someone who has cancer. The entire registration fee goes to Lions Cancer Fund West.
If you have the possibility, make an A4 note to have on your back or backpack explaining why you are involved. You can write that "I'm on Åsunden Runt- move for life because: you can have text and pictures.
You walk run or cycle at your own risk and follow the Public Health Authority recommendations on covid-19. Changes may occur depending on th recommendations of the Public Health Authority

Young people 15-25 50kr
3km Adult 100kr, 13.5km Adult 200kr and 42km Adult 250kr
